Reformer Pilates

Swan Studio offers personalized Reformer Pilates sessions designed to strengthen core, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. Using premium equipment with adjustable resistance, sessions provide a safe, low-impact, yet transformative workout.

Options include:

  • 4-bed Semi-Private Room: Personalized guidance, ideal for beginners or injury recovery.
  • 8-bed Advanced Room: Dynamic, challenging classes for experienced participants.
  • Private & Dual Sessions: One-on-one instruction using Cadillac, Reformer, and other apparatus, tailored to individual goals and abilities.

Mat Pilates

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer Reformer Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Rehab Pilates, and Flexibility & Mobility — each designed to improve strength, posture, flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing.

Not at all! Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced clients. Instructors provide guidance and modifications so you feel confident and supported. 

Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows easy movement. For Reformer Pilates and Barre, we require grip socks for safety and traction (dw if you don’t have any, we sell them at the front desk!). Mats are provided for Yoga and Flexibility & Mobility classes.

Most classes run for approximately 45–60 minutes. Private and Dual sessions may vary in length depending on your goals.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts to settle in, get set up, and speak with your instructor if you’re new or want modifications.

Late arrivals (beyond 15 mins) may not be permitted into class, especially on Reformer Pilates for safety reasons. It’s best to arrive on time so you don’t miss warmups or important setup instructions.

Yes! Our Rehab Pilates and semi-private classes can be modified to support injury rehabilitation. Just let your instructor know your limitations so we can tailor movements for you

For consistent progress, we recommend 2–3 classes weekly, but any amount of movement helps your strength, flexibility, and wellbeing.

Yes — we provide Private and Dual Pilates sessions tailored to your goals, ability, or rehabilitation needs for an even more personalised experience.

We understand plans change! Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class to avoid losing your session credit.

Yes — but we recommend consulting your healthcare provider first. Our instructors will tailor movements to ensure safety and comfort throughout your practice.
